GCI rents out several spaces in CityLife [ 04-28-2021 ]

CI and its partner AIMCo are gradually marketing the CityLife building in Nanterre. The Agence Régionale de Santé des Hauts-de-Seine (Regional Health Agency) and the marketing institute GfK have decided to move into this new building. The 2,500 sqm of services on the ground floor of CityLife, combined with the inherent qualities of the building, were decisive factors in this decision.
GCI pre-leases Latitude nine months before delivery [ 10-20-2020 ]

GCI has pre-leased the entire Latitude building to Sopra Steria, one of Europe's leading providers of consulting, digital services and software, under a nine-year lease. The future 22,000 sqm new office and services complex, developed in partnership with Benson Elliot, Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) and Twenty First Capital, will be delivered in May 2021 in Paris La Défense.
GCI leases over 6,000 sqm in the Curve Building to VERSPIEREN [ 09-02-2020 ]

GCI has leased more than 6,000 sqm of office spaces in the Curve building in Saint-Denis (suburbian city adjacent to the North of Paris) to VERSPIEREN. Henceforth, almost all of this building, which was acquired under a VEFA agreement (Sales of Properties in Future State of Completion) with Benson Elliot, is now pre-let to prestigious companies. Nearly 350 VERSPIEREN employees will join the future complex to take possession of the 6th and 7th floors, with terraces, which will be entirely dedicated to the company.
GCI, in joint venture with Credit Suisse, acquires Bluebird [ 07-01-2020 ]

GCI and a fund managed by Credit Suisse have just acquired the Bluebird project in Montrouge (92). This acquisition is completed in the framework of a joint development with Kaufman & Broad, Idevi and Palladio Promotion. This ambitious office building was designed by the talented Anthony Béchu (Béchu + Associés Architecture agency). Located at 134-136 avenue Aristide Briand in Montrouge, it will provide around 10,200 sqm of new offices and services. Its delivery is scheduled for the end of 2022.
GCI sells 7 rue Magdebourg (Paris, 16th arrondissement) to a French institutional investor [ 04-14-2020 ]

GCI has sold the former Humanis headquarters, covering more than 2,600 sqm, to a French institutional investor. The architect Axel Schoenert was in charge of the complete restructuring of the building, which is located in the Paris CBD, near Place du Trocadéro (Paris 16th). This sale comes a few months after GCI pre-let the entire hôtel particulier to Morning Coworking, owned in majority by Nexity, under a 10-year lease taking effect on delivery of the building in December 2020.
